Problems with Query

Hello Guys , I have a question , im working in a query using in my infoset a logical database , there is a subscreen in the selection screen called "PROGRAM SELECTIONS" wich has fields like "Pages per book" , "first page number" , "company name" , etc. i know that this fieds exist because I saw another query , however i dont know how i can activate / show this fields in my query , do i have to select them in my query ( using sq01) or when i create the infoset ?? , one more thing , COuld i change the texts in the header of the fields shown in my list result ? my user want different text sin every column .
