Restore default chart parameters to display template

Hi All,

In our application we are overwritting SPC chart parameters in a pre-defined display template. Based on the selection of various SPC charts these parameters are set in the display template.

Is there a way, by which, on selection of an SPC chart the display template parameters are set to the default values so that there is no garbage parameter left overwritten in the display template. We seek this solution, so that we don't have to find all the parameters that were set for a specific type and reset all of them.
