Product ID doesn`t work

Hello, we have a problem when try to put or select a material in the product ID field in a shopping cart. If I put material code directly, system doesn´t recognize that this material exists in the system (material was replicated) and if I select material code from match code, information is not transferred.

are you in SRM 550 ?

so you could not order a material from Internal goods and services.

are you sure that comm_product has a value

how materials are stored in SRM

I have material in comm_product, I saw it in the match code, but when I select it, system throws error message

Are you using catalogs in the same ..

Note 1137495 - Message Goods/service does not exist

Also try following notes when in SRM 7.0

1423133- Product ID added with leading zeroes in F4

1429445 -Product Id amibiguous when added manually
