PS and FM

Hi,

As far as i am aware there is not much difference between FM and PS however there is a major difference in the way you handle your budget.

In Funds Management you can create every cost element as Commitment item and cost center as Fund Center and you can check the budget on this combination.In case of PS Budget, the budget is checked at WBS level and not in combination with GL. It completely depends on your business as to how they wish to use the budget functionality.
