EOI - reflect on specific adj. reason

Hi,

I tried to perform the EOI for a specific adj. reason e.g. Hire. However, the EOI configuration doesn't reflect to adj. reason Hire. But the EOI works on the other adj. reason e.g. anytime changes.

What could be the possible reason that causing it?
