Error when SO Added

Hello All Experts,

I am facing one problem when i am Adding particular one SO.

its giving error in red color strip in botton of the screen "This document cannot have channel contact person without channel business partner [Sales Order - 1099 Form] [Message 439-102] "

Other SO logged by enduser has been added correctly.

Let me know possible fix up for this problem.

Im using SAP Business 2005, PL 25.

Created new so and problem is resolved.

Hi,

In tab general, there is BP channel code field. If you fill the field with value i.e. customer code C100 then you will have to enter tha contact person for the customer code C100.

This is already checked.

Any way im again creating new SO, i think it will solve the issue.

please also check if there are any SP added on the database if yes then please comment them and then check

There is not any sp added. As all the so is added successfully. But generally this so is creating problem.

Earlier this so went into Approval and when are approving this SO by adding Add button then its creating problem.

All others SO working fine,

Error message clear states problem with Business partner master,Maintain channel contact person in BP Customer.

Yeah its seems that issue might be in Business partner, but i have look through all the details of that business partern, and nothing found any problem in that.

Can you tell me exactly what i have to check because there is not any field like channel contact person.
