Weird Characters in Open Query Dialog Box

Dear experts,

One of my users shown me a screenshot of BEx Open Query Dialog Box.

Instead of English characters, weird characters (symbol-like) are being displayed in the query description.

We have tried several things as follows but the problem still persist:

- Specified Language as EN during BEx login.

- Using different User ID

It seems like the problem is with the PC itself as my user is able to view query description correctly on other PC. Is there any solution to this problem?

P/S: I have not tried reinstall the MS Excel yet as I cant find any installer at the moment.

    Could you please tel me the GUI version, Patch installed in your pc to resolve this issue.

    Does anyone knows what font does SAP Business Explorer uses to display its Open Query Dialog box?

    I think my user could be missing this particular font.
