Partner functions are vary when doc replicating (crm to r/3)

Hi All,

I created a sales document in crm, after taking the some approvals this doc is flows into r/3,

when doc is flows into r/3 system it showing the different partner functions in r/3.

for same doc type system showing different contact persons and employee in crm and r/3.

can any one tel me how can we over come from this issue. if any one gives quick response it's great help to me.
