retro calculation of payroll

Hi people,

i have one question and would like to know how you solve it.

My college accidently run payroll for one personnel number fot 07/2010 and payed the amount.

Yesterday when she checked she realised that she forgot to put that the employee left the company on 12.07.2010 and what to do now in 08/2010 since the employee received the whole amount for 07/2010 and now we must do retro.

Can you please tell me how to calculate retro for that employee because of contributions and taxes.

    Hi,

    You have to run leaving action and system will trigger retro and will recalculate the amount.

    If money was already paid out, how you return them is out of SAP process.
