ABAP Software Quality Management

Dear experts,

I just got into a project which has started almost 6 months ago and it's a bit chaotic here righ now.

Could you give me some tips what could/should I check in standard in term of quality asurance of the ABAP development (any usefull transactions, reports, links etc.)

#1 on my mind is the code inspector. It's part of SE37/SE38 and SE80. Can be run at any time and easy to get to - just click on Program -> Check -> Code Inspector. You can configure it to catch what you want and it's quite extensive and yes you can set it up to do the equivalent of the extended program check and even more than that.
