Realignment

Hi experts,

I have a list of CVC data which is in Excel, while i am trying to import file from my desktop into Realignment . It wont get the excel file the system thrown the error as "Error in row 1: Source and target combinations must Differ".

I have tried so many times but i am hopeless.

could you plz help me out on this.
