print to multible local printers connected to one PC

Hi

I have 2 printers connected to one PC through USB ports. one will used for printing sales orders and the other one will be used for printing invoices

what is the best practice to achieve this.
Note: i don't want directly without user interfere. one printer will be default on OS level
but how to reach to the other one since it is local
