Goods Movement error during maintenance order confirmation

Hi Experts

I am having an issue during Maintenance order confirmation. I created a maintenance order and assigned 1 component with a quantity of 100 on the 1st and only operation. However, during maintenance order confirmation, the system issued a message that there had been 3 goods movement. Upon Checking my stock movement report, indeed the system had done 3 goods movement for the same component creating 1 material document as shown below.

Please assist
