delivery line items quantity is not getting copied same as order quantity

Hi All,

I am having an issue while creating delivery the line items quantity is not getting copied same as order quantity.

I have checked the schedule line and confirmed qty is equal to order qty. Also stock is available.

Please advise.

It can also be due to Over Delivery Tolerance .Can you just check in Customer Master or in the Sales Order if any Over Delivery % has been given.

Hi,

Check in the COPY CONTROLS from Sales order to Delivery in the VTLA

and identify your item category and in the ITEM DATA file maintain 101 routine and save it

Now create the delivery from Order and check the quantity, delivery will copy the same quantity as Order.

IN 0VLP you can define weather the delivery quantity should equal, less or more then sales order quantity

Select your item category and Completion Rule A

see the copy control from sales to delivery document (VTLA)
