Regarding an error in Dynamic action for hiring

Hi Experts,

when i perform a hiring action"AA" for action type "02" or "01" using a dynamic action .it is throwiing an error.

" perform not found" "CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM"

"MP000000" OR " MPPERS00"

"MEASURE"

please let me know how to proceed .
