GOA issue - change version

Hi,

We have a classic scenario with GOA (SRM Server 5.5 with SP15). We have one step workflow approval process for GOA.

Currently we are facing the issue that change version of contract is not getting closed in SRM and contract got stuck in awaiting approval status. Eventhough we have completed work item of contract but it is not getting update in T-code BBP_PD.

Can anyone have any idea to close the change version of contract?
