HI,

Try checking for the time recording grouping also. Time Evaluation > Time Evaluation Settings > Personnel Subarea groupings.

Try running RPTQTA00 report, once you execute this report come back to the pa30 screen and click on 2006 and click Create button. This should solve your problem. All the best.

Hi Sagar,

Thanks for replying.

When I run RPTQTA00 the quotas generate correctly and with the correct validity and deduction periods. Now when I try via pa30, I enter the pernr, it2006, and click on create and what it does is that it brings me into the single entry screen with the correct dates but does not populate the quota type nor the amount/entitement, you need to enter it. The way this has worked for me in the past is that when I enter the pernr, infotype 2006, just click the period radio button (not entering any dates), click on create and the whole list of quotas generate with the correct dates and the quota type amounts/entitlement.

Please advise, thanks

Hi Maritza,

I advise you to check the module pool: it appeared that for my client the module pool pointed to feature P2001 which had standard settings for it –I have deleted it and it worked: now from IT2006 automatically are created all the default absence quotas according to my customizing.

Kind rgds,

I have already done the Personnel Subarea grouping for Time Recording and assigned it in 559L table. suggestion 2

I have already done the assignment of the selection rule (559L) to QUOMO - suggestion 3.

With this done, it is still not working,. Did I understand your suggestions correclty?

Hi,

Follow this Path:

Managing time Accounts > Calculating Absence Entitlements > Automatic Accrual of Absence Quotas > Permit quota generation with out time evaluation.

After this check the radio button under "No Generation" Column for you corresponding absence quotas,

Hope @ least this time your problem is solved. All the best

Hi Martiza,

1)

What ever the grouping groupings you have configured for your personnel sub areas/employee groups and the same needs to be assigned to ur absence type.

2) Please check permit generation of quota without time evalution weather you have selected "no generation" or not.

3) QUOMO feature is activited or not

Hi,

Can you please send the detailed configuration to rectify the error, which helps me to understand well, where we need to set the problem.

If you have problem with Generation rule, chek base entitlement- Calender year/Accrual Basis, next come to Generation rule...the same....

if you need to generate quota at time ensure generation withclok times in NO GENERATION - RPTQTA00

IN INCREASE - RPTIMIE00

as you said, Quomo feature (activited), Time Recording are created. Plz ensure, both are done promptly.

It may resolve your problem.

I can suggest you one thing that send detailed configuration....

All the best,

best regards,

Hi,

This is my config, and again it generates correclty via RPTQTA00 but is not generating automatically when I try to create it via PA30, pa30 brings up the screen to enter the quota type and the entitlement, but it does not automatically populate it, the only thing that it does populate is the date.

Thanks

HI,

This is the step copied from your reply.

QUOMO MOLGA 10 USA - PERSK EE SUBGROUP 01 -> 26, OTHERWISE '01

I am testing an ee subgrp that falls under otherwise 01, which is assigned in the selection rule as '01

______________________________________________________

As I see it you gave the return value for Emp Subgroup as 26 and not 01(which is your actual selection rule). The return value for your employee group/subgroup must be always the selection rule.

Try this.

HI,

QUOMO is set up correclty.

When hiring an ee the quotas are now defaulting with the respective validity, entitlement and deduction period, one right after the other in order. This is working good and I believe it has to be because in the Hire infogroup these quotas are set up to default, is the config in the infogroup what is making the quotas default with the entitlement? I believe so. What is not working is when I go directly into PA30 and click on Create. I should get after clicking on Create the list of all the quotas that the ee is entitled to, to then just click on save, this is not happening. What is happening is that when I click on create instead of the whole list of the quotas displaying to then just click on save, what appears is just a single screen to enter each quota at a time and the quota entilement nor the deduction periods are defaulting.

Please advise, thanks,

Maritza

Maritza,

if it s generating fine through RPTQTA00 your config should be also fine.

the only way I am able to replicate this scenario is when a quota already exists for the employee. In such cases the system does not automatically default the quota number when you go rhough PA30 - you have to click on the recalculate default values button, and even then if he already has been assigned what he is entitled to system does not default.

Please test the data for all the cases where you see pA30 is not generating default values.

Hi and thanks for your time,

My quotas come up without having to click on default values and it does this by just entering the quota type number and pressing enter. For a hire action, the infogroup has it2006 to default the quotas, and with this all the quota types default with all the information, one at a time. Again, this works fine and it seems to be because of the infogroup. In my last client, my quotas defaulted all in one screen with all their information just by clicking on create via PA30 and then all you had to do is save. I am wondering if there was a dynamic action or user exit linked to it2006. Do you know of a way of checking if a user exit is linked to IT2006 or a dynamic aciton?

Thanks,

Maritza

Hi Maritza,

try a simulation of time evaluation with log on, then check the log processing details for function QUOTA. I hope the log for QUOTA processing would be helpful to find out the cause.

Li
