Your requirement is not clear. If I understood your requirement correctly, currently, the customer master number range is set to external which you want it as internal. If that is the case, you can assign a different object that is set to internal, to Customer Account Group in OBAR. But after this configuration change, check with existing customer by creating one full sales process
