How to achieve combine aggregator strategy for Join gather for two CSV file

Gm Integrators,

I am using CPI 2.49.12 and I have a query if we can aggregate two non XML files using combine strategy.

Unfortunately the feature is not available for flat/CSV files, is there any other way to achieve it?
