Hello all, Is there any way to review in nspad or another tcode when the last time was when a printer was used or worked?
thanks in advance.
Daniela.
Hello Daniela,
This information is not tracked in the standard system. You can query table TSP01 for recent print jobs, but once the jobs are deleted, this information is also deleted.
For accounting purposes, the spool system collects detailed use statistics. The spool system does not provide an accounting tool, but makes the data available through the spool accounting user exit. You can access the exit using the enhancement SPOOACC.
Please see the online help at Basis Components -> CCMS ->
SAP Printing Guide -> 'Customer Enhancement for Spool Accounting'.
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46b/helpdata/en/d9/4aa45b51ea11d189570000e829fbbd/frameset.htm
It contains some information on how the spool accounting can be activated. To get the statistical data you have to fill the table TSPJSTAT (which is by default empty).
Br,
Javier
