Changing Standard function keys in SPRO?

Hello EWM Gurus,

I noticed that in the customizing:

SPRO --> SCM Extended Warehouse Management --> Extended Warehouse Management --> Mobile Data Entry

there is the possibility to assign standard function keys under 'Assign Fkeys to Standard Functions'.

I tried to change the 'BACK' standard function from function key F7 to F6, but it has no effect in tcode /SCWM/RFUI.

Am I missing something here? What is the purpose of this customizing?

Many thanks!!

Hi,

"I tried to change the 'BACK' standard function from function key F7 to F6, but it has no effect in tcode /SCWM/RFUI."

... I can not even change that. Because the default application 01 comes as it is, and obviously can not be changed. You can only create new entries, mean new applications, and this application is then to be assigned to screens, etc. But I did not manage to change the standard application assignment.

Brgds

Juergen

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Dear Maxime,

According to the documentation:

Assign Fkeys to Standard Functions

Use

In this IMG activity you assign Fkeys to the standard functions.

The split screen wizard uses the Fkeys assigned for standard functions to determine the corresponding fcodes from the Fcode profile.

The split screen wizard automatically inserts these determined Fcodes for backward and forward navigation to facilitate proper navigation between the resulting screens.

So the values that you define here are for navigating between result screens when user gets a list of elemnets (HUs for example) that is too long to be displayed in a single screen. If you want to change the Fkey to navigate between screens of a transaction, you have to define it for every logical transaction / presentation profile / personal profile in "Define Steps in Logical Transactions".
