Best approach to find extractors texts in HR

Hi all,

i am looking for a best approach to find text extractors in SAP HR.

I have for eg infotyp and would like to know from which extractors the respective fields are filled with text.

I went o help.sap HR Module--DS Text.

I can not find all text extractors for that.

I am looking for table of origin and text extractors.
