Hello Gurus,
I was going through the link,https://blogs.sap.com/2015/10/15/interactive-form-for-sales-quote/
Is the same can be achieve in sap C4C using interactive form(custom)?
My requirement is customer will receive the interactive form through mail. The sales quote in sap C4C will have two empty fields and it should be updated by customer, using the interactive form. Please suggest
Regards,
Bharathraj
Hello Bharath,
Currently the interactive forms still are not supported on SAP Cloud for Customer, you can refer to the following KBA 2244359 - Interactive Forms Not Supported in CFC.

Hello Bharath,
We still don't have a timeline for the implementation of this functionality.
You can also submit your feature request on our Ideas Place at https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer that is the official tool to propose new functions and share scenarios like this.
Best Regards,
Vandré
Hi Vandre
Can you confirm whether this functionality is part of the latest C4C release? I found this on a Aug 2019 C4C setup guide:
"Interactive forms are interactive PDF files that can be generated from the system and sent as e-mail attachments to business partners. The business partners then enter data directly into the form and send it back. This data can then be uploaded into the system. Interactive forms are based on Interactive Forms by Adobe® (IFbA) technology."
But I cannot seem to find the functionality or steps on how to configure or use the interactive form
Thank you
