Cascading prompt,dynamic&static propmts not visible in InfoviewXI R3.1FP3.1

Hi Experts,

I have issue with Crystal Reports 2008 reports static prompts.

I have created some static prompts (Parameters) to enter month number in the format as 201008 (Aug 2010) and 201012 (Dec 2010) and some numbers as 1,2 etc. But these prompts are not visible in infoview while refresh. I checked the parameter properties and it is Editable only in the reading Pane or Infoview. I changed the option and deleted old report and expoerted new report again but there is no change in the parameters visibility in Infoview. All the prompts are visible in CR Designer while running on desktop.

In another report cascading prompt is not not working. The first parameter values are not seen default so relevant 2 nd level values can not be selected and unable to schedule teh report..

This issue happens with the installation of SP3 and FP 3.1. Do you think is there any issue while deploying SP3 Aand FP 3.1 or the report issue please help asap.
