Is it possible to have Global role allowing access to two different multi-target applications?

Hello colleagues,

I am currently using the XSC and we aim to migrate to XSA. And as I got used in XSC to have some roles as granted in other ones, So my question is if we could have a global role that contains for example two others roles allowing access respectively for two different multi-target applications on Cloud Foundry.

So that, I will be able to access these two multi-target applications which each of them has already a corresponding role but they are already granted in the global one that I would have.

Thank you and best regards,

Maroua.

It defines an application composed of multiple (heterogeneous) sub-components. Benefit: Tools can establish a joint lifecycle for these components. On XSA/CF such a tool is the XSA deploy service.

It declares those resources on which an application depends on runtime and/or deployment time (we do not consider build-time here!). Benefit: Tools can allocate and bind such resources.

It declares configuration variables (and their relations) which distinguish different deployments of the application. Benefit: Developers can parameterize deployments at a single, central place. Tools can bind sub-components, can automate deployment based on default settings, or request missing mandatory values interactively.

Depends what you mean by Global Role. You can have a role collection which contains roles tied to two or more MTA UAA instances. But if you mean DB role, then no as DB roles don't contain any access at the XSA/CF UAA level.
