Activating Standard implementation BADI

For the IDM process i have got 3 Standard BADI implementations

BADI Name Implementation

HRPAD00INFTY --> HR_LDAP_EXTRACT_PA

HRPAD00INFTYDB --> HR_LDAP_EXTRACT_PA_ITF

HRBAS00INFTY --> HR_LDAP_EXTRACT_PD

I had a query that can we activate the standard BADI implementation and add some filters or add some code on the Standard BADI implementation according to the requirement. Can you please help me in this.

Hello Salish,

Yes you should be able to. Goto transaction SE18 and enter the BADI name and click display. In the new screen, click the documentation button.

Thanks for the quick response but when i saw in the documentation there was nothing much regarding the code changes for the standard implementation.

I wanted to know whether we can add some code for example whether we can put a condition say for a personal area or can we do a filter.

You can copy the standard filter, copy the enhancement and change the filter according to your requirement.

Better not to make any changes in the standard. Copying the standard and making changes is always a better idea.
