i am not able to update the data in claims, not getting error also

Hi all

i am working with claims in Benifits and payments.

After opening the claims page i am able to give the amount for the specific investments and contribution......whenever i am going for the

1) review getting one message like

2)

2.1)verify the message.ITName data below

2.2)seection 80 Deduction Table from the Hr table along with the [updated value by me]

2.3)previous step save Exit

here i am not able to see the any message (under 2.1)

whenever i am clicking save.....data not updating in the table .......in hr data also.(as 2.3)

so can you guide me to resolve this.
