not able to create PDS in APO from R3 cif queue ending with status SYSFAIL

Hi All,

when transferring BOM or PDS from R3 the queue in APO is ending with status SYSFAIL.

I have the following error No authorization to create 000000480336037001P090301.

Are you aware of any security setting or customising to be done in order to successfully create a PDS from R3 in APO?

Hello Deepthi, userid is set to SapAll so it seems very strange we are getting into a security issue.

Hello Nandha , I tried to set up plan explosion to 5 but I'm still having the same error message.

Any other idea? Thank you !

Turn on a trace in ST01 for the RFC user id. Go to the queue in error and reset the status so it is executed again. When the same error appears then turn off the trace. Review/show the trace to your security team and have what is missing added to the RFC user id. If you need help with ST01 ask your Basis team.

Hi,

check in the Product master in PPDS tab page plan explosion is set to 5.

However, can you check for the RFC user authorizations?
