HTTPError 404 CmsApp InfoView after installing Polestar/Universe Designer

Hello Experts,

After Installation of Polestar and Universe Designer we get a httpError 404.

Now when I try to go to the login page of CMC or InfoView I get an error:

HTTP Status 404 - /PartnerPlatformService/service/app/logon.do

description The requested resource (/PartnerPlatformService/service/app/logon.do) is not available.

we redeployed all applications with:

wdeploy.bat tomcat55 deployall => the problem still exists

In the tomcat- Manager i can see, that /CmcApp is running

If anyone know how to fix the above issues Please let me know.
