We are not able to run "RepositoryFrameworkWS" web service for documents repository. It is throwoing a messeage as "The User Authentification is not correct to access to the Portal Service UMWebService or the service was not found."

Please provide your inputs.

Try running the step by a user having SAP_ALL profile.

If that is not possible you will have to trace the action to fin out the authorization missing for the specific user.
