Category in Email-Notification

Hi,

when a new service-desk-message is created the support-team gets an email-notification.

Now, we woulld like to add the category in the email.

Is it possible an what are the steps requiered?

    Hi Bjorn,

    you have to enhance the mail action with your own code, therefore a zaction is needed

    you have 2 choices:

    1. you enhance the Smartform directly with your coding. Just check how the other fields are filled there.

    2. you enhance the mail sending method with your own code.

    Check FM CRM_GET_ACT_CATEGORY to recive the needed data.
