Hello
Wanted to know if a mapping logic fails we have alerts.
But if a failure happens on java stack :
1) CC channel
2) message monitoring failure due to target system down.
Can we have alerts configured for above 2 java failures also ?
Thanks

Yes you will definitely get alerts in all these three cases: Communication channel, Message monitoring and mapping runtime as all these features are available in the Adapter Engine which is a complete Java feature.

Hi ,
When you raise ALERT for AE failure means , you will receive ALERT for CC errors also...because Adapters part of JAVA Stack.

Hi,
Yes, if mapping logic fails, the alerts can be raised.
Also,
1)Even if a message failure happens on JAVA stack, CC channel, alerts can be raised.
While defining alert rules, you have to mention whether the alerts specific to adapter engine or integration engine needs to be
rasied.
Alerts adressing to both the engines can also be captured (using 'No restriction' option).
2)Message monitoring alerts can also be captured.
