Shipment cost proportion - Net weight vs. Gross Weight

Hello Experts,

We are working on allocating our cost of freight to COPA, and so far we've been able to make the system calculate the distribution cost by the gross weight of each delivery line included in the shipment.

Our requirement is to make this distribution by each delivery line, but taking into account net weight instead of the gross. Maybe volume could be another option for us.

Has anybody deal with this before?

This was resolved by implementing exit EXIT_SAPLV54K_001, which allows to perform you own calculations to distribute the cost.
