Outlook Email using custom table instead of org structure

Hi Experts,

I have one query and also i searched in sdn but i couldn't find. Perhaps it may be my mistakes for searching.

In Travel Management, instead of cost centre we are using Fund centre and hierarchy of fund centre is maintained in a custom table, from where we can find out he manager and chief manager of fund centre. Mail will be send in outlook inbox and type of mail is Action Mail. E-mail id of respective manager can be taken from HR table PA0105.

1) How can we send the outlook action mail using container and how can we store the dynamic email id (i have created a FM for email-id of fund centre manager) of respective fund centre in container which will be mentioned in travel request.

If any other method to send mail without using container is possible, then please share with me.

We are using Standard BOR (BUS2089) for travel management.

This development is very critical for us.
