I would like to clear some below basic doubts :-

1] What are the phases include in S/4 Hana Greenfield implementation ?? Is it like ECC Phase (As Is, To Be, Realization, Final Preparation, Go Live)??

2] What activity have to be performed by FICO consultant in Greenfield implementation ??

3] As a FICO consultant, what is the exact role in greenfield implementation ??

4] What is the Hardware Set Up is require in S/4 Hana Greenfield implementation ??

That means are other environments like DEV, QA, & PRD same as like SAP ECC ??

Those requirements have not changed compared to ECC. 5 system landscape is still proposed.

Please keep in mind you need to have a golden client to copy customizing from: using the activate methodology, not all of the customizing as per 'ECC' standard delivery is loaded into customizing. This means you will not have order types, item types, etc when these are not covered by a BP/activate process. Our experience is that quite frequently we did copy the golden client (with standard delivery) customizing to the development system because that saves a lot of time.
