Completion of operation after Measuring points reading is not working

Hi Experts,

I am working on SAP Work Manager 6.5 implementation on Agentry Cloud Services.

I had requirement to navigate to measuring point read screen from operation list screen.

Below is how my custom MeasuringPoints read screen looks like.

Issue 1 : When I complete taking the Measuring points reading and go back to operation list screen and try to complete the operation, button won't work, i have to click away on other operation/notes before this button works.

Issue 2: After completing taking Measuring points reading and go back to operation screen and now from here if try to click 'RecordsPoints' button application get crushed.

From below screen by clicking on 'RecordPoints' button, I navigate to above MeasuringPoints read screen.

Any inputs to resolve these issues will be helpful.
