We have a cloud environment built around CCC. We have service unit for both SQL and HANA. We have recently upgraded CCC to PL07. SQL and HANA both are on 9.2 PL05.
The license server for HANA service unit is installed on the same server on which HANA database is installed.
The license server is very slow in response. Following are the tell tale signs:
- Login into B1 using BA takes around 1 min for HANA unit
- In CCC it takes several minutes to show the list of users or assign licenses
- In UAP it is not showing BA server list for certain users
We need to resolve and improve this.
