Hi all,
While creating a sales order, I am getting an error "PRICING ERROR: MANDATORY CONDITION IS MISSING".
I have already entered condition record in VK11 and checked the pricing procedure and condition type.
Please help.
Regards and thanks in advance

As mentionned earlier by Ankur, you have to check the combination of the condition record assign to the price condition.
If you have manual entry has priority, then fill in the condition value manualy in the conditions tab of the item.

HI Swaroop,
Already there are many replyes asking you to check the condition record.
but can you just confirm whether this condition type is MANUAL CONDITION (V/06)
If any Requirment is assgined to this condition type becouse of that this condition type is not appearing.
And one more possibility of having Condition exclusion.

hello,
Click on the repricing button on the conditions screen in the Sales order. it would then take the condition record that you have entered and allow you to proceed
hope this helps
Thanks

Hi,
Check the date range for your Condition record for PR00 and the Pricing date also.
Normally, system accesses the Condition record for the Pricing date (depends on the the Pricing date control in sales document type).

Hi,
Please check the Pricing procedure for the Mandatory Pricing condition and try to maintain the Condition record for it. As mentioned check whether the value for mandatory price condition type can be maintained manually. If yes then input the value manually and proceed. You can also go to the conditions tab in item view and click the analysis to do this analysis.
Thanks
Saba

It all depends upon the Key Combination used to create Condition Records. Also check the Condition Type Customizing - Manual entries 'D' (Not possible to process manually).

Ankur
