delivery cost

hi gurus

As my client facing an issue in the MIRO.

About the PO document its an service PO.

While posting the invoice the delivery cost is posted to Provision account.

As per the client, it wont go to such provision account.

In this PO document they never maintains any delivery cost for the service.

If the delivery cost is not maintained how come the costs are getting hit.

Check the PO conditions, there should be delivery cost there. Usually

these conditions are copied from previously created PO and you need to

make sure to delete those conditions or disable the copying feature.

Actually the PO contains 11 line items on those only 5 line items we face the problem.

And also i checked the conditions delivery cost is not there.

As per the process we created a service PO then did SES and at the time Pur. order History

we find the entry for delivery cost.

help me to sort this.

Problem may be with freight conditon types in service p.o ! Pl check it.

the problem due to the manual entry in conditions by the user.

He manually maintained WCT in conditions.

Check whether user changed base amount in MIRO ?
