Inspection lot is not coming in notification after UD-Rejected

Hi All,

In equipment calibration process in plant mainteance, when I am doing UD as Rejected then a PM notification is generating for defects but the inspection lot is not coming in the notification. What is the setting in customization I have to do for this ?
