Service Contract in ECC unable to see in SRM-EBP in Source of Supply in S/C

Hi Gurus ,

SRM-EBP system showing the just created badkend Contract and info record of Material replicated from Backend ECC immidiatly .So here is no any problem.

We are createing the S/C for Service with Service Master that is replicated from backend ECC system. We just created one Contract in ECC for same service, but system is not showing this contract in source of supply section while creating the S/C for same service.

Can anyone pls suggset what can be reason and what can be done to selec the ECC Contract of service in S/C ?

Hi

Check the data in your backend contract, validity, product categories etc. Did you use flat services in the contract or did you use hierarchies in ECC COntract

Sorry for not replying fromn long time.

We are using Flat Services only. We checked in ECC and validity is okay, Contract is released. Each element is same in ECC Contract. Same issue I have in Sandbox (SRM7.0) like in IDES.

Is it working in your (anyone's) system ? Can you/anyone please suggest what should be issue and solution ?

Hello,

Can you check the Purchasing group that has been used in both documents and make sure that its the same? Usually this is the problem.

Hi

Which scenario you are activated Classic or Extended Classic.

Classic :- Back end contract supported for requisition

Extended Classic :- You many need to transfer back CONTRACT to SRM Local Contract by SRM initial upload contract program offered by SAP .

We are configuring SRM7.0 with ECC6 ( Ehp4) and activated Classic Scenario.

And ,we are using same Purchase Group and other parameters in ECC Service Contract and Shopping Cart.

What should be issue ?

Are you geting another material correct correct as SOS?

Are you facing problem for only service contract not appearing as SOS?

Yes. I'm getting corrcet SoS for Materials ( indirect) and facing problem for only service contract not appearing as SOS.

Are POs released for your service contract in the backend system>?
