SAP APO SDP SELECTOR ENHANCEMENTS

HI Gurus,

We have a requirement to enhance the Product Characteristics Selection IN SNP PLanning Book. Below is the details reqirement.

Need to Enhance Product Group and Planning Group to the SDP Selector at Header Level. We Know how to add the Characteristics by using BADI SDP_SELECTOR and Method INIT VALUE LIST. But Our Requirement is to Add The Characteristics at Header Level . We haven't extended these to our SNP MPOS as SAP suggests not to disturb the MPOS.

We are trying to fulfill this requirement with BADI enhancements. We are also succeeded on Extending the Characteristics to SDP SELECTOR HEADER Level. But the Problem we are facing is with Populating the Data. Does Any one made this kind of enhancements. Please provide your valuable suggestions Please see the attached screen .planning-book.png

Does table /SAPAPO/MATLOC has the value for Product Group and Planning Group?

Maybe you also need another method LOC_PROD_VALUE_LIST in BADI /SAPAPO/SDP_SELECTOR, then it will work on the selection based on MATNR from the selection screen.

Hello Brahmankar,

Yes We have extended the product group and Planning Group to MATLOC Table. The Filed is a Custom Filed (Z field), and planning group is Z field. We Already had enhanced the BADI SDP_SELECTOR, and We can Populate the Master Data in the Shuffler of SNP planning BOOK. The Problem that we are facing is that when trying to load the transnational data into planning Book, the data is not loaded or pulled and we are getting the (ERROR:no valid selection has been chosen Message No. /SAPAPO/SDP119). I am also attaching the screens please check. What we haven't enhanced is that method LOC_PROD_VALUE_LIST, but I am not sure if this will help, CAn you please help me understand a little more on this method. planning-book-issue.pngplanning-book-issue1.png
