Unable to reverse document in MBST

Dear Gurus,

We are using 4.6C.one of user in my company is trying to reverse one document A using MBST or MIGO transaction codes.

But user is getting an authorization error for X shipping point which is not relevent to document A.

I contacted MM consultants and they informed me that there is no relation between document A and shipping point X.

Please help me.

Hi,

try to use ST01 to get authorization trace. You should see a failed check there and you can jump into source code where the check was performed. You or developer can try to figure out why SAP is using that shipping point for check. It might be a bug in SAP so searching for OSS note is not a bad idea.
