not able to schedule crystal reports through CMC

now when i try to schedule my crystal reports in CMC it fails and i get the following error msg:

address error. [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]: []

pls let me know what coul be the problem

Hi Arka,

Are you using SMTP configuration for the Crystal reports as from the error looks like it is searching for the SMTP configurations which can be done on the Job Server which will take care of the scheduling mechanism.

I am afraid, i dont know how to check which job server will take care of this.

i you shedule a Crystal Report, its your Crystal Reports Job Server.

I checked from the servers list and restarted the job servers. But it didnt help.

is there any thing specific as {}.CrystalReportsJobServer2 ??
