Pop up Window

I have one bar chart on my Xcelsius made screen with informartion referring to some probability distributions. Is there an option/component to click on (set on the chart, for example) which would activate a pop up showing an image of the distributions the chart refers to? If yes, is it possible to have a pop up of any Size?
