How to restore a deleted standard component in the system

Hi,

I tried to delete an enhancement which inturn deleted the standard component CPGOE_ABLOCKS.

Reading some of the already given replies , i found that i have to copy the same from another system. But ,can anyone just tell me a step by step procedure to do that. Or is there any alternative method?.
