Location of an uploaded file (PDF, Spredsheet,Word) in ECC server

Hiiiiiiii.... Experts,

Can anyone tell me about each & every location of an uploaded file (PDF, Spredsheet,Word) in ECC server, where it exists in ECC database & DMS Server. is there any temporary table for storing datails of same file before being uploaded in Document server?

Please tell the table name with full path or any SAP T-code relavent to this.

That would be an impossible task because it's dependent on how the system is configured and the components being used.

Content repositories are defined in transaction OAC0, business objects or links(tables TOA01, TOAHR etc) are assigned to those repositories in OAC3 and the actual document types are linked to the document class in OAC2. How all this is used in dependent on the application.
