Hi,

We are unable to reverse the following receipts: 1) Doc No 3400471065

Company Code 1000

Am unable to clear in FB08 (error says document includes cleared items) and FBRA (error says document is not a clearing document)

2) Doc No 3400413447 / Doc No 3400418088

Company Code 1000

FBRA (error says document is not purely a clearing document)

Hi, Reddy

If I understood your issue correctly, please keep in mind that a reversal document wich was created by resetting a clearing document cannot be reset and reversed again. The reversal document reversed exchange rate differences. If the reversal document would be reversed again, new exchange rate differences would occur without having any relevant business case.

To correct the situation please execute the following steps:

- you should first check if the vendor invoice is still open. Otherwise you may have paid the vendor twice.

- due to the fact that the old payment is reversed create a new payment together with a dummy check (with a dummy check lot) with the amounts of the original check, e. g. TA FBZ4.

- then you will have two checks:

• voided check belonging to old payment document

• dummy check belonging to new payment doc.

- with transaction FCHT, you can exchange the payment document numbers (change assignment between both checks) so that the voided check pointer to the new payment document and dummy check to reversed payment document. Then use transaction FCHG to reset voiding data for the original check.

1) Doc No 3400471065, Company Code 1000

Forst check the line items of this document and find out the clearing document number (if any) of those line items.

Then clear those clearing documents via FBRA

Then reverse your document 3400471065 in FB08

2) Doc No 3400413447 / Doc No 3400418088, Company Code 1000

Do the same as above.
