MD04 Issue

Dear Guru's,

Last few days we have noticed that when we have a planned order for finished goods at plant XXXX that lies in the past it is deleted when we run MRP. These orders are firmed and would remain indefinitely prior to this week. We have also found that we could not modify the VSF through MD04 either. Previously, if necessary, we could right click the VSF showing in MD04 and modify the quantities. This morning when we tried to do so the system said that no requirements could be found, however, we were able to make changes via MD62 but this is an extra step that we didn't have to do before.

Can someone advice if something we may have clicked on by mistake could have changed some of the settings ? Or any suggestions?

first thing I would do: check material master change history in MM03

if no changes in master data were made, then I would check for customizing changes.

here I go into DEV system and execute SE10

beeing there at initial screen I click the binoculars button

this brings me to a selection screen where I just specify a date range and execute to see all transports created in that time frame.

If you have good development guidelines, then you should already see potential candidates from the description
