confirmed quantity to unrestricted use

hi,

i have two sales orders which are confirmed and gods are transferred from unrestricted user to sales orders stock.

how to cancel it (sales order stock) it and get back the same stock which is confirmed under the sales orders stock.

in simple terms how to reverse it.

Dear balaji,

Hope you have not tested ShivaRam's suggestions.

His input will definately solve your issue. 412E Movement type is given to reverse the order stock.

Hope that is what you are looking for.

You can apply delivery block to the line item - schedule line level and then execute availabilty check.

The delivery block you apply should have the confirmation column checked in the delivery block defintiion. Navigation: LE > Shipping > Deliveries > Reasons for Blocking in Shipping.

Yes, as explained in my earlier post...provided the delivery block definition has the "Confirmation" column checked

Your objective is to reverse the sales order stock to unrestricted stock, is that correct?

Then in the sales order, for line item, put reason for rejection.

Then using t.code MIGO -Transfer posting (or MB1B) - use movement type 412 +E to move the sales order stock to unrestricted stock.
